What activity counts towards the challenge?

The challenge is open to Runners, Walkers and Wheel Chair Users, Anyone who wants to take part and raise funds for Breast Cancer Services. Children are allowed to use bikes if they want to!

Do I have to have my T-shirt to start the challenge?

Nope... But we do recommend clothing of some sort to prevent sunburn 😉

What device can I use to record my distances?

You can use any device to track your activity. Follow the steps below on how to log an activity on your personal dashboard e.g. Fitbit, Garmin, Strava app, MapMyRun app etc...

Can I do more than 100k?

Of course you can, the record for 100k in 30 days in 1148km in 30 days, can you beat that?  

How do I log an activity?

You have access to your 100k dashboard once you register and you can to login, log activities from June 1st, create teams and leagues and track your progress.

Can I start after June 1st?

Of course you can, it just means that you have a bit of catching up to do…

I haven’t received my T-Shirt

T-shirt packs will be posted from Mid-May.

Can I do my 100k anywhere?

This year we are delighted to celebrate 100k unlocked so you can pack your T-shirt and take it anywhere, we would love to see some holiday photos of you in your T-shirt.

I can't access the dashboard

All details on access to the dashboard and your fundraising page are on the confirmation email you received when you registered. You can reset your password from the login page here www.100kin30days.ie/login

I've forgotten my password

You can click on the "forgotten password" link, you can then enter your email address and a new password will be sent to you.

How do I set up a group or join a league on Dashboard?

Click on "Create League", once created you can share your link with friends and family to get involved.
